Om morgenen innkaller Egwene til nytt møte med Hallen hvor hun ærklærer krig mot Elaida, de andre følger langsomt med henne men til slutt er det enstemmig. Hun følger Brynes råd om å la soldatene hviler en måned, før de drar til Tar Valon…
